Rhonda Sciortino, a true life survivor!  This book was truly an eye opener. Many complain of their past as a big block in their success but her story proved that through some of the hardest times anyone would have to endure, she survived.

I would suggest this book as a great mentoring tool and as a reality check for anyone whom blames their failures on the past! I rarely suggest books unless I find true depth to them, this was just simply an amazing read!

HPV is the most common sexually transmitted infection. There are more than 40 types of HPV strands. Only certain types of HPV can cause genital warts (low risk) but the more dangerous strands  are the high risk HPV strands which can lead to cervical cancer if left untreated and  symptoms do not usually occur until it is in advanced stages of cancer.


I f you are sexually active you need to get tested for HPV, there is no excuse! Even if you have been with the same person...a test wouldnt hurt..

I f you do not have insurance Planned Parenthood has various locations that offer free screening and services...the doors are not closed.
